The first of the two-part finale was filled with drama and the return of a few villains this past Monday night.
Just in case you missed it here’s the synopsis:
Chuck’s uncle, Jack Bass returns and you know that can’t be good. Blair tries to celebrate her engagement party to the Prince but her thoughts are with Chuck. Vanessa attempts to warn S about Charlie but will she listen? Russell comes back to settle the score with Chuck but gets foiled only to sort to desperate measures.
Now to the good stuff the fashion.
Serena van der Woodsen
Serena is in this rich violet Christian Dior dress with delicate rings detailing on the bodice.
Blair Waldorf
To her engagement party Blair wore an Alexis Mabille Couture dress with flower appliqué around the arms and cascading down the front. Poor B though can’t stop thinking about Chuck.
Serena vs Charlie
Oh hell no we have a case of Bitch stole my dress! No coincidence that Serena’s cotillion dress that she wore when she was dating Dan was snagged by Charlie. On Monday we got a glimpse of Single White Female Charlie and that is not a cute look.
Serena van der Woodsen
Would Serena miss Blair’s engagement party… Of course not! Serena choose a beautiful coral draped Jenny Packham dress and jewels are M.C.L. by Matthew Campbell Laurenza snowflake cuff, and Amrita Singh Beatrice earrings.
With just one more episode left what will this seasons cliffhanger be?

Serena looks better in the Dior than the model on the runway does… just saying
I totally agree with you, she has it better accessorized. ^‿^
I LOVE Blair’s dress!! Everything Serena is wearing is gorgeous, but honestly, I’m so over Blake Lively. TEAM LEIGHTON.

In “Shattered Bass” what is the dress Eleanor Waldorf is wearing at the engagement. I am looking for a good picture to send to my mother as inspiration for a Mother of the Bride dress. Thanks!
I’m not sure the one Eleanor is wearing to the engagement party, but maybe this look-like option could help. Daymor Couture (their site by own name or sold in an array of places) specialize in MOB and MOG gowns. On Daymor’s site if you search style number 8031, this dress is very similar to the one Eleanor wore. The angled neckline, ruching, and the length is long too. They also should be able to customize color and so forth. Let me know if this helps.
